Condition

This coach has received significant maintenance and upgrades. The roof is in good condition with no reported leaks, and the Aqua-Hot system is in good condition.

There are a few cosmetic and minor electrical items remaining:

A couple of electric window shades are not operating.

There is a scratch on the passenger side.

One exterior compartment door has a dent.

We prefer to disclose these items upfront so buyers know exactly what they're looking at.

The 45QBZ is a desirable Zephyr floor plan with four slides, a large rear bathroom, separate half bath, king bedroom, and plenty of living space.
